Version Information

We have been using the ParentMail system for several years now, and the feedback from parents has been fantastic!

The company behind ParentMail have recently introduced a new, greatly improved version of ParentMail which is known as ParentMail 2. We have now switched over to this new version. The benefits in doing so are clear; the new version has an iPad/iPhone IOS and Android app available allowing you to ParentMail 'on the move' and has some great new features such as the ability to provide trip consent electronically, via ParentMail - meaning you no longer need to print out and sign consent forms and send them back to school with your son or daughter. You can still pay online for trips, top up your son/daughter's canteen account and do everything else you could with ParentMail 1 - but the ease and speed at which you can do so has been transformed!

Please note that ParentMail and ParentMail 2 are two completely separate systems - if you haven't yet registered on the new '2' version (which is accesible at www.parentmail2.co.uk) then please see below for further instructions. We are no longer using the old ParentMail.

Problems Logging In?

If you have already created a ParentMail2 account, but have forgotton your password, then please visit www.parentmail2.co.uk and then click on the 'Forgot Logon Details?' link at the bottom of the screen. This will allow you to reset your password.

How do I register?

You can register very quickly and easily! All you need is to obtain a ParentMail 2 registration letter - your son/daughter can ask for one of these at the IT Office. Once you have this, simply visit www.parentmail2.co.uk/register and follow the instructions on screen. You will need the registration code which is printed at the top of the letter.

Can more than one parent register?

Yes! Each registration code can be used twice! So, once you have registered, you can pass the letter on to another parent, step parent, grandmother, grandfather or anyone you wish to receive electronic communication relating to your son/daughter. If you have already registered and don't still have the registration letter, or the registration code has expired - just ask your son/daughter to

What if I have more than one child at Boston High School?

No problem! You can have all of your children registered in one ParentMail 2 account! Even if they attend different schools, as long as both schools are using ParentMail 2, all our your children can appear on one, easy to use, ParentMail 2 account.

To do this, first register one child in the normal way. Once you have done this and verified your account, log in to this account and click the 'Add new child/school' button at the top left of the screen, and follow the instructions.

Where can I find more help?

There is an extensive user guide which can be found by clicking the 'help' button found within ParentMail, or directly by clicking here.
